Terms of service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

  • I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission.

  • You nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove my watermark from the finished product.

  • While not mandatory, I would appreciate if credit is given to me when reposting my works.

  • Unless explicitly agreed upon during the commissioning process, my art is not allowed to be used for commercial purposes or profit.

  • You nor anyone else is allowed to claim my art as theirs.

I WILL NOT DRAW

  • Overly complex designs (eg. mecha, robots, etc)

  • Real people

  • Stolen characters

  • Hateful or discriminatory content to any person or group

DESIGN TOS

  • Once a design is bought, you are allowed to redesign as long as the redesign is kept with the original design. If you heavily redesigned a character (ex. Completely changed the patterns, colors, etc) then you are allowed to claim that redesign as your own.

  • You are allowed to resell the design for however much you want.

  • You are not allowed to claim any of my designs or art as yours. Doing so will result in you being blacklisted.

  • For customs you will pay half upfront and the other half when the design brainstorm is finalized.

  • If you are buying a custom, you are not allowed to refund after the design brainstorm is finalized.

  • I do not take refunds on adopts or finalized customs.
